Had dinner at the Royal Colombo Golf Club and really enjoyed the buffet. The setting is peaceful with a lovely view of the greens, and the food was fresh, tasty, and well-presented. Not a huge spread, but everything was done right especially the Sri Lankan dishes. Great service too. Perfect spot for a relaxed evening out.

Have visited there many times and the food is quite good. The club sandwiches are a bit dry but other than that the food is good. I have tried different types of mojitos but the strawberry mojito is hand down the best mojito I have ever had. Delicious.. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is quite good

This is a members only club you need a member to get in.The old colonial building is beautiful and maintained very well.A good golf course. The restaurant and service very good. The service extended by the staff was very satisfactory.

The club has been upgraded to a very high level, getting the right mix for a staid 'Royal' club along with a degree of modernity to cater for the modern day needs. The restaurant too is upgraded to create a great ambience. Generally a 5 star feel, but food is at a level of good but not great. Prices are not low, but as can be expected at a classy place like this, particularly when you have a few drinks....
