Jetwing Ratnam Residence — Hotel in Colombo

We stayed for 4 nights in Ratnam Residence while in Colombo for work. The place offers an environment that is both calm and relaxing. Once through the gates of the property, you enter a typical Bawa tropical garden that is a true gem. The room we stayed was sufficient in space and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. Amenities provided are excellent. The property provides tea-coffee on request and meals need to be sourced from outside. However, one can store snacks in the fridges in the property. |Only recommendation is to have tea-coffee making facilities at the room or in a common area accessible to guests (at least a kettle) so that particularly the visitors coming over for work has the freedom to prepare these as required without having to inform the...

Initially booked a room in this beautiful home for few days but totally blown away by the staff, especially Bosco his professionalism is one of THE best I have seen. I have stayed in various hotels in many countries but he is indeed an asset for the brand Jetwing, I told him he will go places in the hospitality industry. I extended my stay to almost three weeks, it’s a gorgeous home with fantastic decor and gardens. Felt like an oasis. Wi-Fi , AC, cleanliness, house keeping etc were top notch. I wasn’t sure what to expect but trusted the Jetwing brand but I was blown away by the architecture, decor and several little gardens. It was beautiful and unique amidst a quiet road in Colombo. Room was comfortable and a spacious bathroom with toiletries. High ceilings gave a very majestic spacious vibe. The staff were brilliant from housekeeping to making sure everything was seamless.
