The service provided by the waiters was very poor. There should be experienced and well-trained waitstaff. The waiter did not have a paper or pen to take down the order; instead, he relied on memorizing it, which resulted in several dishes being missed. If we wanted the missing dishes, we had to wait an additional 45 minutes.

Please address these issues, as serving tasty food alone does not make a restaurant successful. Long-lasting customer satisfaction is equally important.
