I recently visited KFC Anuradhapura, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I ordered a chicken meal expecting the usual KFC standard, but after making the payment, the staff informed me that only leg pieces were available and the other chicken parts were finished. This should have been clearly mentioned before taking the order, not after the payment was done. It felt unfair and unprofessional.

The meal I received was also not fresh. The rice was dry and tasted like it had been kept for a long time. For the price I paid, the quality was far below what KFC usually offers. The taste and freshness were both lacking, and it really didn’t feel worth the money.

I was also disappointed that the restaurant still advertises full meal options when several items are not actually available. It gives customers false expectations and leads to frustration. When we trust a well-known brand like KFC, we expect transparency and consistency.

Overall, this was not a satisfying visit at all. I hope KFC Anuradhapura improves its communication, food freshness, and honesty with customers in the future. I will think twice before visiting this...

An order of 8pc Chicken Bucket was made on the 11th of July 2025 to claim the buy one get one free offer. Before placing the order on Uber Eats, I called KFC customer service at 15:52, and they assured that even if the offer is not shown in the Uber Eats app, I still can claim the offer by buying the regular 8pc bucket. I made the order, and Uber delivered one bucket. Then I called their call center again, and they were just tossing me around without giving any real explanation. Two of the call assistants admitted that they had made an error, and I have the call records. They said a complaint has been filed, and a supervisor will call me soon. But as hours and a day passed, no one contacted me. Their call assistants are very incompetent...
