Sri Rejeki Resto — Restaurant in Jember

During Ramadan, I placed a reservation online for three seats indoors 2 days ahead with a baby seat. When I arrived, I got outdoor seats with no baby seats. The admins/waiters didn't inform me in advance either. The grilled duck that I ordered with the reservation wasn't available. They said I need to wait 40+ mins for it; I cancelled it. My sister had to share her dish with me so I can eat.

The only thing that saves this from a one star is the food itself. The chickens (fried and grilled) was not good but not bad either. I recommend the buko pandan though, very creamy, lecker. The matcha milkshake wasn't served in a tall glass like in the menu (they said it wasn't available, but they served me it anyway), but at this point, I didn't really care. I'm just disappointed with how poorly the staff handled reservations.

I don't know if this mismanagement happen because of Ramadan iftar hours. The kitchen walls were so thin that I could hear them drop plates and curse. Regardless, just be careful if you want to place a reservation here. For a modern style restaurant, the staff are surprisingly horrible, definitely not the quality that I expect. Good-instagramable place with great atmosphere and nice service. The food is not that great but okay (and the platting is beautiful). For me, it's a lil bit pricey for a resto that's located near the campus area.
