Very likely the best sushi in Örebro. It is a nice and cozy environment ran by 2-3 people with great passion for sushi. We had the omakase, 14 bites, sittning around the sushi bar, while the chef prepared one bite at a time. Also small talking to the customers, very nice. You probably won't be full after this seating so dont come super hungry. The sushi was very fresh and tasteful, they prepare the fishes of the season. The chef used very few ingredients, and even though he used ponzu or soy sauce for a lot of the pieces, each one had a unique flavor that stood out. My omakase experience finished off with a superb apple and shiso Sorbet that really tied the whole experience together.
