Sibylla — Restaurant in Örnsköldsviks kommun

Quite poor quality for a restaurant housed in a building that otherwise has great potential.

The customer bathroom lacked soap, and the food order was mixed up and later served with a side salad that was rather spoiled. When the staff was informed they were quite indifferent and just shrugged their shoulders and commented that that was the only level of freshness that all their salad had. They conveyed a sense of slight irritation over the fact that there were patrons waiting for food and service.

They've also runned out of all ketchup in the dispensers, and the refill procedure seemed to be a nuisance for the staff.

I would not recommend anyone to go there, unless perhaps only for a simple hotdog...

Felt hungry on the way back to our vacation home when we passed this place. Located on a busy main road / intersection it's hard to miss. Plenty of tables inside and a good numbers outside. We took some seats on an outside table. Weather was nice - even though the view not so much.

Ordered some wings, onions rings, a cheeseburger and some fries. All items were fine - we've visited other branches before and knew what's coming. So no disappointment there. Decent food - fair prices. Only two things: The cheese could've been a bit more melted, was quite cold. And the outside tables were really pretty dirty.

Besides that a fine lunch. Fast food - but...

I’m constantly travelling for work and I stopped by this restaurant on my way from Norrland together with my business partner. The quality of the food was really disappointing, compared to other Sybilla restaurants in the country (that usually are ok): my meatballs were served in a liquid sauce (almost water) and seemed not to be completely cooked. The sausage my colleague ordered looked like it had been cooked two days before. Maybe it was a bad day at the restaurant, but I would suggest whoever stops by to not take any risks and buy their food in the near Circle K...
