I recently had the pleasure of dining at Divan, and I must say, it was a truly satisfying experience. The food was undeniably good, with each dish expertly prepared and presented with flair. The quality of the ingredients shone through in every bite, and I appreciated the freshness of the preparation.

While the quantity of the portions was adequate, I wouldn't say it was overly generous. However, the flavors and presentation made up for it. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, ensuring our every need was met with a smile.

If I have one minor criticism, it's that the prices are slightly on the higher side. However, considering the quality of the food and service, it's understandable. Terrible experience. We called ahead to confirm if there were available tables. And they confirmed that there are tables. We tried to make a reservation, but they told us they don’t take reservations. When we arrived just five minutes later, there was already a queue of five tables waiting at the door, and the waiter asked if we had a reservation. Seriously?

We ordered four different meals. One of them never arrived. Despite asking multiple times, the waitress kept saying it was on the way and asked us to wait. We finished the first three meals, and the fourth one only came long after we had finished eating. When paying the bill, we realized they had never even placed the order for the fourth meal.

Instead of offering an honest apology, the waitress tried to make us believe the meal was still being prepared. Unacceptable. This was definitely our last visit to...

Friendly staff, comfortable place with many sits and tasty cold and warm Turkish food options. I personally recommend the Fatoosh salad and different kinds of grill specially lamb kottlet. If you like little spicy grill then give the Adena kebab a try. On the improvement side, i truly think side potatoes served as part of your dish menu could be less oily and more crispy. I personally ask them to exclude the potato and just serve the rice along with their small side side when I order my food. On positive side, Grills are juicy and well seasoned.
