30.06.2016 I bought in AUTOHAUS am Goetheplatz from Volvo Selekt car Volvo XC90 R-Design (Yearbook: 16.12.2011, mileage: 152.345 km). I went by car to the house in Gdynia and registered the car. We went on vacation with the child to Legoland in Günzburg. In The Legoland the car broke down first time - diagnosis was failure of the pump responsible for drive 4x4. AUTOHAUS am Goetheplatz exchanged my pump to guarantee. To my delight, I did not have to pay for it.

29.12.2016 the car broke down again: After diagnosis in Volvo Drywa Adv in Gdynia it had 3 faults: Fluid escapes from the cooler - service found the leak and they let me go. Leaking steering system hydraulic oil from hydraulic oil cooler (I had to replace the cooler). Support rubber on the McPherson column front left on the top of shock absorber is damaged (I had to replace the rubber).

After leaving the Drywa Adv Volvo Service I have noticed, that the cooling fluid still escapes. I didn't go to the Authorised Volvo Service anymore, as I don't trust them!!! After thorough diagnosis in another service (oil cooler was checked, EGR was checked and cylinder head was checked) the fault is found!!! Cylinder head is broken. It was most probably broken, when I bought the car from Autohaus am Goetheplatz - At least this is, what I was told after diagnosis.

To be honest, I did not expect that from a car bought from Volvo Selekt and I feel cheated by Autohaus am Goetheplatz.

All others advise against buying cars from Volvo Selekt from Autohaus am...

I bought a Volvo in Miami and when I had an accident and requested service at the Weston dealership, they told me that it would take 3 months for the spare parts to arrive, they forced me to pay for the car while I did not use it and they did not offer me a replacement car, I feel deceived by the mistreatment of the staff and the bad service, they only know how to tell me that that is what they can offer as a service... I bought Volvo beyond knowing its high quality and high reputation of service with customers... I don't know Who can I contact from Volvo to help me improve this nightmare? I go to Volvo for help and inform them how they destroy the reputation...

Hallo, ich finde den Volvo C70 den wir uns gebraucht gekauft haben einen sehr guten Wagen! Aber leider bekommt der Volvo Vertragshändler "Nehrkorn in Flensburg von mir ein sehr großes Minus. Wir kauften den Wagen dort, weil wir Ihn bei Auto Scout 24 entdeckt hatten, als Fern Kauf und haben uns auf den Namen" Volvo" gestützt und auf die Auszeichnungen, welche Nehrkorn bekommen hatte. Wir wurden eines besseren belehrt, denn als wir den Wagen bei uns hatten, waren erhebliche Kratzer in dem Fahrzeug, es wurde vom Händler von keine nennen s werten Kratzer gesprochen und das faltbare Dach ist nicht richtig eingestellt und verletzt heute noch den Lack am 1. Segment, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, die versprochenen gebrauchten Volvo Originalwinterräder waren schmutzige No Name Räder, kein Rep. Set für die Reifen (wurde auf Druck nachgeliefert) Rep. Kasten im Kofferraum leer, der TÜV stellte Bemerkungen ein, die Querlenkerbuchsen leicht beschädigt Bremsscheiben hinten Tragbild beachten und und und. Nun denkt man natürlich bei einem Volvo Vertragshändler 1. Klasse passiert so etwas nicht aber wohl doch und nach etlichen Mails kommt einfach keine Antwort, wir glauben man wird uns nicht mal einen Bewertungslink zukommen lassen! Wir meinen wenn auch ein Gebrauchtwagen für 16600,00€ die Firma verlässt und noch dazu gesagt wird der Wagen geht durch die Aufbereitung, dann müsste das Fahrzeug TOP aussehen und auch alle funktionalen Mängel behoben sein, was hier bis dato nicht der Fall ist. Natürlich fällt immer ein Schatten auf die" Firma Volvo", weil jeder denkt, wenn ich bei einem Vertragshändler kaufe bin ich auf der sicheren Seite!
