We booked the Omakase course at this place. The course contains 13 dishes containing oysters, Sashimi, fish liver, grilled Wagyu beef, Uni sushi (sea urchin), tuna sushi, Ama Ebi sushi(sweet shrimp), Cavier, Unagi sushi (Japanese Eel). The night ended with Taro/Sesame ice cream. --- Overall this is a great experience. The chef is very skilled with a great selection of ingredients. Really recommended place for a special night.

10/10 experience, expectations well satisfied and exceeded. For anyone who likes or is curious about Japanese cuisine, Tsuki Hana is a place can’t be missed. Very fresh and some rare ingredients, and the sushi rice is adequately flavorful and handed to our hands from the chef in the proper temperature. We are filled both in the stomach and in the heart. Definitely recommend! Oh and their sesame ice cream, pure heavens.

The poke bowl is good to try, but not the ramen. It's not thick enough for Tonkotsu ramen, nor the flavor and aroma. So if you are looking for umami taste, then it's not really for you. It probably used alkaline noodles, because to me the scent and taste of it is quite strong, which I don't really like, but it's a personal preference.
