I just managed in September this year to go to the the newly branded place Fria Bad & Bar. Service was friendly and efficient. The food was for me a mixed plate. The starter beef tartar was killed with some kind of spicy mayonnaise. Why? Good quality Tatar doesn’t need any kind of sauce. Nothing wrong with adaptations but this one just killed any form of flavour that the meat might have had. The main was a beef filet with pepper sauce that was ordered medium. The meat was extremely tender and through that managed to cover for the almost well done steak. However, the pepper sauce was nice, the meat good, so the medium well done steak was ok. The chips on the side were underwhelming, I would almost call them old, dry, close to being not edible.

Overall it’s a nice location that offers in summer stunning views across the Öresund. Drinks are good and food seems to be a mixed bag. At the price points offered I think a mediocre experience is not acceptable hence the...

Me and my husband just went for a spontaneous drink one night of the week. I ordered a glass of a specific white wine from a boy, saw him take out an unopened bottle and then the older man intercepted and said something. The boy approached with another, opened, bottle and started pouring with the front label turned away from me but I still read it and pointed out that it was not the wine I ordered. He didn't even act surprised or apologize and went back to open the correct wine. My solid impression is they tried to pull a fast one because they were too cheap to open a new bottle. The place is located right on the beach and has a really nice decor and atmosphere with a beautiful view on the sea and the sunset if you come around dinner time. However, no one greeted us at the entrance or asked us if we wanted to sit for drinks or dinner, so we had to ask ourselves. No one came to take orders until I went to the bar myself to get beers, later we had to grab menus from the service desk and asked for food but waited a long time before someone came to take orders. The baby squid, fries and pizza all tasted like frozen food, whith too much salt in them. They brought the food but not the forks, so again I had to go ask.
