Lekplatsen är formad som ett stort surfande skepp, fullt av färgglada detaljer och kreativa inslag. Barn kan klättra, balansera, rutscha, gunga och utforska olika nivåer och miljöer. För mig som guide är Surflekan en riktig pärla när jag guidar familjer. Det är lätt att kombinera ett stopp här med en promenad längs strandpromenaden, ett besök i närliggande caféer eller Helsingborgs kulturella platser. Det finns även bänkar och sittplatser för föräldrar, och lekplatsen är tillgänglighetsanpassad – vilket gör den inkluderande för alla.

The playground is shaped like a giant surfing ship, full of colorful details and imaginative structures. Children can climb, balance, slide, swing, and explore different levels and play areas. There’s plenty of space for both active and calm play, and it’s well-suited for kids of all ages – even the very youngest.

As a tour guide, I find Surflekan to be a true gem when working with families. It’s easy to combine a visit here with a walk along the seaside promenade, a stop at nearby cafés, or a visit to Helsingborg’s cultural sites. There are benches and seating areas for parents, and the entire playground is accessibility-friendly – making it welcoming and inclusive for everyone.

Nice playground situated very close to the sea. A lot of people and some of them seemed either dubious or downright rude. Some kid pushed my daughter and other kids played very violently on the slides supported by a net (the slide itself is made out of canvas so if one person is climbing everything moves) and she almost fell down. Older youngsters with scooters and sunglasses cruise back and forth, selling drugs maybe? The clientele including adults seemed to be of a type, how shall I put it politely, where I wish my kid should not be - with a few exceptions. Personally I loved the park itself but I will not let my child play...

Very nice playground! A large jellyfish with two tunnel slides, a very unique climbing installation with a way down a broad rubber slide, surfboards on springs, balancing rope, and other things can be found. In addition, picknick tables and public toilets make even longer stays...
