Regio pizza Helsingborg — Restaurant in Helsingborgs kommun

Unfortunately I have to revise my review. I have been to Regio after below review a few times and whilst the food remains on a really good standard the service is deteriorating with every visit. It’s not that they’re unfriendly, it’s small things that add up to one unsatisfactory experience. Staff seems to be overwhelmed with almost everything. Today we were asking for the bill which took ages, when it finally came, they left us with the credit card machine to process the payment and to rip off the receipt yourself. We eventually left without being able to say goodbye or thank you… unsatisfactory. I hope it’ll improve again as the food is really good…

Great food, drinks and good service. My Pasta was great, al dente and with fresh garlic hand herbs, felt like in Italy. The wine was good and my partners Pizza seemed to be great too. The only downside was the unannounced change on the Pizza where walnuts were replaced by almonds. It’s not a big deal as we’re not allergic, but a restaurant that is holding itself to such a high standard should mention it when the order is placed. But we’ll return as many more dishes have to...

I was at the restaurant yesterday for the first time, there was no one at the reception, so I sat at the first table I saw, then a girl who claims to be a receptionist told me that the table was reserved and put me at another table, I waited for a long time for her to give me the menu and that didn't happen, other people arrived after me and she welcomed everyone very well and gave the menu, while I had to get up from the table to ask a waitress for the menu, I had my meal and everything was ok , I asked the waiter to pack half of the pizza that was left for me to take home and he threw my pizza away, I am very indignant. I ask the restaurant owner to ask the staff to pay more attention and be polite and friendly to everyone. I hated my experience, I won't go back and I won't recommend...

A lovely restaurant with great Italian food. The atmosphere was very beautiful and inspiring. All the furniture, plates, and cutlery seem to be chosen with a lot of attention to detail following the same concept. The food was exactly as expected. Tasty and with good quality ingredients.
