Jönköpings Kolgrill — Restaurant in Jönköpings kommun

I ordered mixed grill and Falafel tallrik but I am extremely disappointed as the staff were unfaithful. After making payment I waited in front of the counter for the order to be ready since I was the only customer and they were closing in 20mins. As the cashier was preparing my take away box, I noticed he took out a plate from behind the pot with 1 lamb Kebab, probably left over from another customer and tried to put it on my take away box. I felt something was wrong and came forward making it obvious to the staff that I am watching. The cashier then called the chef and handed over the plate with lamb Kebab to him which the chef took inside and after few minutes came back with the plate and laid it in the oven. By now, I was sure that they are going to serve me that piece of Kebab. I did not move from that spot to ensure they realize and not serve me the left over Kebab, however, they were determined in their plan so the cashier came forward blocking my view of the oven to ask if I want dressing on top of the falafel and that exact minute the chef laid all the mix grill on my take away box. After the cashier moved away, I saw the plate in the over was empty! This is completely unethical and unacceptable!!! Although their food is good but I will never recommend it to anyone. If they have the nerve to sneak in somebody’s left over food in my box then I can only image what food they serve to diners who don’t watch them prepare food!!!

Restaurants do not store pre cooked food on white ramekin plate with light blue border and coincidental you use the same plate to serve customers. I used the term “unfaithful” so you realize you don’t have to justify anything to me but to the creator...

Excellent, freshly made middle-eastern food on a live grill fire. I had the liver on a spit, a difficult dish to get right, which was excellent, tender and tasty. The rest of the party ate the chicken plate and nuggets, and it is all served with freshly baked bread, tzatziki and salad. Very good food at reasonable prices. Unlike many kebab places, I found this one very welcoming and generous. And the foods we ordered were super delicious as well. The charred smell was very prominent and the meat was not rubbery at all. Looking forward to visiting...
