Wonderful pizza, the best one we have tasted in Sweden. Staff were super helpful and perfectly nice. It is however obvious that the owners hve not trained the staff adequately - we arrived at 7pm, no music and no candles. We got serviced straight away, we asked if they could put on some music and they did. We lit our own candle, the evening was perfectly nice. After we had finished our pizza, I would have liked some coffee and my partner another drink, but noone ever came to clear our plates. The staff were obviously invested in doing their jobs properly but it all went into the people picking up their pizza for take away. They were all perfectly nice to us and answered every request - but maybe the owners need to emphasize their training in “restaurant guests” compared to “pick up guests” after Covid. Vi var sex personer som bokat bord kl.18 denna fredagkväll. Två fick beställa dryck ganska snabbt, övriga efter ca 15 minuter ihop med matbeställningen. 4 beställde pizzor. Dessa var goda men bara ljumna!!! Två som beställde pasta som var ännu mer ljumna! Dessa fick lämna in för värmning! Kompensation var två pizzasallader!!?? Restaurangen var nu full med gäster som INGEN tog hand om. Den ende servitören stod nu och bakade pizzor med de andra i köket, och svarade i telefonen!!?? Så ALLA bord var fulla med tomma tallrikar och glas och INGEN kunde beställa efterrätter eller mer att dricka. Alla gäster såg frågande ut!! Vi fick gå fram två gånger till köket och vår fd servitör för att få betala, inte ens notan kunde vi få. Snacka om dåligt upplägg, OBEFINTLIG service och BAD WILL.
