If you are looking for an enjoyable restaurant experience don’t go to this place. But if you are just looking for good meat and a good selection of wines this could be for you.
The experience was not worth it. The first thing that came to mind after stepping into the restaurant was hurry. The atmosphere was tight and the waitors were running around. I got a feeling that I was in a hurry to choose what I was having and to eat fast because the atmosphere was like that. That shouldn’t happen in a restaurant where the most important thing is to create an enjoyable experience for the customers to chill and forget about their daily life hurries.
The food was seasoned very well and I loved the peppered beef fillet. The pasta was also very well made. Though the food journey was ruined as soon as I had eaten the steak halfway through because it got cold. Why did it get cold, you might ask, because the plates were not warm to begin with. As a restaurant that is thought of at a high level, warm your plates please. It’s a simple task but makes the food experience 100% better because you can enjoy the greatness of the food to the last bite. And not just the first half.
What also affected the experience was that the space was very tight. The tables were put very close to each other and I think that if you just got rid of a few tables the experience would be elevated. At many points in our night there was a situation where the tables next to us had to get up and go past our table almost knocking down either a candle, the bread “bag” or I would just have to stop eating and let them pass because my elbow would poke them if I continued to eat. These are not things I want to think about when I wish to have a calming dinner experience with a loved one.

Shortly after being seated, we tried invane to get the attention of the waiters, by waving, calling, signaling, you name it. It was definitely the hardest task of the evening, they seemed to be in their own world and we felt completely isolated. After being ignored for around 15 minutes we finally manage to get the attention of one of the waiters which answered our questions regarding dishes suitable for a person with a food allergy, and so we ordered. We waited for around 15 minutes for the starters to arrive, they forgot about a side dish but we let it slip cause again, it was so hard to get their attention, then we wait the astonishing length of 50 MINUTES for our tiny main courses, and the restaurant wasn’t even remotely full. To made it worse, the wait wasn’t made pleasant by the atmosphere either because of the music being too loud and quite annoying at certain times, which made it hard to engage or carry on a conversation. The bathroom was disappointing to say the least, small details are not cared for in this restaurant and it is a shame because it has great potential.
Please train your staff better so they make your customers feel more included, work on the details of the atmosphere and the acoustics and shorten the ridiculous...

Appetizers tasteless - no lecture, although nice looking. for the main course we ordered, for example, fried potatoes, which were watery and disintegrating balls. also a plate of different meats for two. the pieces of meat consisted of whatever happened to be available at any given time. so they couldn't tell what was coming. The pieces of meat were stringy, tough, apparently "waste pieces". 2 lardy, cannon-salted pork ribs also graced the plate. Only the beef pieces were medium, as we had hoped. However, everything was ruined by the shockingly high amount of salt, which ruined all the food. The red wine sauce was also like it was made in sea water. shockingly inferior to offer customers inedible food. So the main course was not eaten. The waiter took our feedback seriously, gave feedback to the chef and refunded the price of the main course with apologies.
