Went to the place with two friends who ordered a pizza. Took more than an hour and a half, plus 3 beers, and later, they didn't want to offer us more beer, I asked why (the personal said that the manager decided to not serve us) I think they maybe perceived us as we were drunk, but we were just there talking in the same pitch and tone as everyone else. I told them that I was going to leave them feedback and the waitress said that is okay, but she will not take it and she didn't care. Then my friend talked to.her and she just changed the version and told.her I was mad because they will not serve me anymore alcohol (well., she was not wrong, that was annoying but the decisionwas accepted) but more annoying was the arbitrary service and unpoliteness.
Edit: since you answered. I understand, it wasn't really the fact of being denied, you can maintain it as I stated to your waitress and I understand how places where alcohol manage this types of situations in Sweden, that was the least or nothing at all the issue, and is okay if you are connecting my perception of time with being tipsy or intoxicated, I have a really bad perception of time in general. It was not a pleasant situation, but it was still not the issue. Rather, it was the attention and attitude. When I asked if I really ordered the pizza, she answered really rude at me, I didn't even mention that it was taking a lot to her, I just wanted to know if the ordering proces through the app was correct and then when we werre going to leave. I tried to talk with her and give her the recommendation and understand why we were not allowed to buy more beers and also if she could be more polite the next time and in her assumptions, she said I understand (which was a normal answer) but then she said but we choose to nor listen to your recommendation, I was so surprised at her rude way of answering that made me really think of the fact that you perceived us tipsy make your staff specifically her, act in that way towards us.
So as you are on your right to maintain your decision I maintain mine in the fact that being rude to the customer is not the way to handle this situation, and we were not even rude towards you, and I really doubt we were causing any trouble but please let me know if on any way we were..
