This square is situated in the middle of the city, Malmö. Here, inside the square, can you buy cheap vegetables, fruit and flowers. Around the square are there many restaurants from different ethnicities, like India, Iran, Afghanistan, Thailand etc. There are jewelry shops, currency exchange, sweet shops, general stores, food stores and many other shops. The square is used for demonstrations too, last time I was there for a demonstration for the rights of Pashtoons in Pakistan. Sweden being overall an expensive endeavour ,this market place can fetch you vegetables at less cost from other markets. Come prepared though s they offer paper bags, carry your own bags. Also you can expect a bit of hussle , carrying cash is preferred to make the purchase faster ( swish is available but I would prefer cash) ..
