Great Plate Italy — Restaurant in Sigtuna kommun

We came here by chance, but we are super happy we did!! From the moment we entered, the interior decor was wonderful, we were greeted by the staff who instantly asked if we would want a chair for our toddler. The menu was perfect with something for everyone and the childrens' menu had "drinks" which was sweet. Our pizzas were beautiful and the childrens' pizza came pre-sliced (very nice and thoughtful touch!) Absolutely delicious! It was almost sad to see the pretty plates emerging as it meant our pizzas were gone.

I recommend this place to anyone and everyone and we are looking forward to many future...

I had looked forward to a great pizza experience. However, I was disappointed. It was not as fluffy and bubbly as real Italian pizza crust. This was like a premade pizza crust. Like Pizzabakeren, in fact. Flat crust, no air. The topping was OK but nothing more. I had the one with goat cheese and figue jam. You need to be prepared for a sweet pizza as there are a lot of jam. We had a fantastic meal at Great Plate Italy in Märsta! We ordered three pizzas (two pepperoni and one burrata), along with a non-alcoholic cider and a glass of red wine. The service was fast, friendly, and welcoming, and the pizza was absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
