Max Burgers — Restaurant in Sigtuna kommun

If there's a price to be won for worst burger restaurant, Max Märsta is sure to get it.

It is ALWAYS trashy in & outside this restaurant. The tables are never wiped. The food is either stale, slobby or something is missing. Many of the staff are not hospitable nor service minded.

You are setting your self up for disappointment by going here.

The McDonalds across the street is smaller but a MUCH better experience! Hell, even the Circle-K serves better food than this.

The parking is free though.

The food has improved slowly the last year, now it is ok but not good, especially not for the price. There is no service, the staff is nice though. You order at a screen and pick it up when its done. The ordering screen will ask you to add more stuff every selection you make, infuriating. The regular drink lids used to spill 100% of the time, thank you for fixing that. Service is horrible though. When asking if they can correct parts of the order that they got wrong (we were a big party of 8 people) they got very defensive and tried to gaslight us into thinking we never ordered what we said. As they later on said we "will get what you wanted", they gave us the wrong burgers anyway but with the correct wrapping and stickers, making a fool out of us for trying to ask for what we...
