An tip, if you order then go and say you want the order of your table number not medium cooked, say to them you want your orders well done. First time I thought it was alittle to well done the meat on the burger and so. So I found an tip from an neighbor city with Pinchos that you can say you want to get your food well done less raw hamburgers and the second time 2 days ago we tested it and it was perfect tested the fish and chip and as an burger fan the cheese burger then cheese balls everything was perfect except the cheese balls. But I love that restaurant the personal is really nice I always give them alittle extra percent tip because they deserves it even if I'm pre retired and have not much money. But my wife deserves something extra and that restaurant stand out every Pinchos has an different theme, but order an table in time because they are booked and that is understandable you use an phone app to order and you have the table for 2 hours you think that is long time but time flies over there and everybody there have AAA class service minded. If you are from another country and visits Skellefteå i really recommend the Pinchos here cause it is an good adventure and you get allot for the money and the resultant design is cozy even if it's full they have wall like walls little overall the restaurant so it's not high volume, I can say you and the ones you're with have an cozy time and you get points after payment don't read what they do but it's an bonus. And it's for every age they have liquor license and the big beer that cost about an dollar more is really worth it. All I can say if everyone in Skellefteå should atleast try it once or 3 since it's much on the menu and the food from order to getting it is the fastest I've been through in 6 country's and as for Swedish prices it's cheap with an pinch of fun cozy and luxury. That it's my comment by visiting 2 times in 6 weeks I have a friend and his girlfriend that goes there 1 to 2 times every 2 weeks. And don't forget to order table the best is being an pack of 4 people's then you get an cozier booth with coutch and stuff. It wasn't my original choice for dinner out but I'm glad plans changed, the server was really helpful and spoke excellent English, he explained to me what the menu was like how to use the app and where everything was, when my husband originally told me where we was going for dinner I was worried where we was gonna sit it would be freezing but not the case at all it was warm I was incredibly worried about this I should not have been worried at all. The food was amazing and nothing at all like I was expecting I was told it was small portions I didn't expect it to be the way it was but it was so delicious I experienced food coma later that night 😋 I'm sure the bottle of wine also helped 😊 . The whole theam to the restaurant is circus, which was enjoyable to experience and I can fully understand by the end of the evening there is popcorn 🍿 on the floor from different dinners and totally relatable to the theam of the restaurant. restrooms nicely decorated and extremely well maintained also carried on with the circus theam which was nice. The price well that shocked me a little bit I was expecting it to cost more than what it did seeing as it was my birthday and I had set aside a large amount to pay for the meal We ordered approximately 18 dishes 2 soft drinks and a bottle of wine I was surprised it only cost us 1600kr so about £160 with tip I am fully aware how expensive alcohol is in sweden and debated between rose wine or champagne and settled on a bottle of rose no fun drinking champagne alone. All in all it was a lovely meal out with my husband celebrating my becoming a dinosaur 🦕 in a nice clean restaurant with a lovely atmosphere that is suitable for dinner dates or family night out. Would I go there again?..... yes I am already debating booking a table for my husbands birthday later on this year. Anything they could improve on or add?..... maybe a Xmas menu that isn't the normal Swedish Xmas Dinner. This were absolutely a roller coaster experince for me... Some tapas dishes were good/okay others were really bad or plain boring. Let's start by saying.. I'm vegan so my options are pretty tied and very limited on this restaurant in Skellefteå (not talking about all pincho restaurants).

The bar were really good with pretty decent and interesting options for me as a vegan. Some wines and the candy drinks are of course not an option for me. But mojito in all kind of flavors and sangria is very nice. Pretty serious and good bar so to say with good drink presentations.

The food... This is probably where this restaurant falls from earth okay to hell in some cases. Me and my friend ordered what we could eat as vegans. A mango tortilla with oumph, interesting presentation and pretty good taste. Spring rolls... which were super boring and felt like cheap local supermarket spring rolls.. Sweet potatoes with a vegan dip, it were pretty good (personally not a fan of sweet potatoes, but it were a good dish). I personally watched others (non vegans) order a lot of tapas dishes with interesting and fun presentations while eating.. So I kind of compares my limited options to theirs.

Later we ordered the one and only dessert we could get, sorbet. It were decent, good consistency but a little bit low on the taste. But especially.. BORING.. super boring presentation. Why do I care? Well.. it's the only dessert you can order as vegan.

The environment were very interesting and appealing. The service were good but as many say "self service". So you have to pick up your own food etc. The app that you use is pretty okay but broken when it comes to the notifications that you should receive when waiting for the food.

And now to something others have written... The tip... why.. Why is there even a call out for service tip? I suppose it's okay, but pretty awkward especially when thinking about the service received.

I will probably never order any food there anymore (Aside from when they decide to improve the vegan menu). But I will probably return for some drinks in the bar. I can personally say "It looks good on the surface" but there are yet a lot of things that can...
