BankOmat Seaside — Restaurant in Stockholm

I'd like to give a higher rating because the food here is certainly above average but I'm frustrated.

I had the most amazing burger here about 8 weeks ago and when I ordered a second one it was over cooked and didn't compare so when I ordered the next one a couple of weeks later I asked for it to be rare to medium rare like the first time but again they missed the mark. So I gave it one last chance tonight and when I saw a flattened, sorry looking thing come out of the kitchen I flagged my concerns that it was over cooked again. The chef dismissed my concerns with a certain arrogance. When I got the burger home it turned out he was right... it was medium rare. But it was possibly the worst of them all!

I guess I need to put it down to the old cliché... that it wasn't made with love.

Either way, I'm frustrated that after giving them three more chances with direct feedback that was not received with gratitude, I need to leave the feedback here instead. I hope someone's listening, because I want to...

I really enjoyed the food and the nice atmosphere. But the feeling of fine dining went out the window when the sauces came served in plastic cups. You know, those you get at the local kebab place?

The wait for a waiter was longer than expected as well, considering it wasn't especially crowded this evening.

It was such a mismatch and sustainable error I got surprised.

The food was good today as usually. Although for third time we experienced some discrimination at the moment to get our food on the table. The waiter seemed, again, to see the apparent origin of the customers to determine in which order the food is to be delivered and to choose specific portions to specific customers. Big minus.
