Burgers here are ok and they come with a lot of fries but they don’t serve any salad. I asked for less fries and a little salad instead. I was charged 30 SEK for this ‘special’ order. When I questioned this I was told I needed to order fries OR salad. Or order salad and pay an extra 30 for extra fries. I explained again that I didn’t ask for anything extra just less of one and some of the other instead. No room for negotiation... Asked for my money back and left. I sent a complaint and was informed that this is there policy.

“I’m very sorry that some kind of miss understanding has happened. We offer all our guest to choose between fries OR salad. Unfortunately we can’t offer both of them to the same price. Sometimes when the lunch is very calm we do exceptions. Otherwise it will be very hard for the kitchen to keep up a good tempo.

If someone want both fries and salad it cost 30kr extra and it’s important to say that to the customer. I don’t know if the person who took care of you was inexplicted. Service is one of our keywords And we don’t want any quests to be dissatisfied.

Hope you want to return to our restaurant in the future. You are very welcome.”

I can honestly say this place deserves every star possible. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to be there, which instantly makes the whole dining experience better.

I ordered the Dirty Burger, and wow… it was on another level. Juicy, perfectly cooked, with just the right balance of flavor and texture...every bite was an explosion of taste. Honestly, it’s the kind of burger that makes you pause mid-bite just to appreciate how good it is.

I’ve tried burgers at some of the most famous spots in the U.S., including Shake Shack, and I can confidently say this restaurant holds its own and even beats them in certain ways. The freshness, the boldness of flavors, and the sheer quality here put it right up there with the very best burger joints in the world.

If you’re looking for amazing food, incredible burgers, and staff who make you feel like a valued guest, this is the place. The Dirty Burger alone is worth the trip..but honestly, everything here is absolutely amazing.

Unfortunately, i can't recommend this place. We went there before 18:00 on a weekday. Some tables were taken but most weren't. We sat, ordered. We ordered food and beers, one beer came without glass, the waiter said they would bring one. In the meantime the restaurant gets full. People that came after us start to get their food and we didn't even get the beer glass. Our waiter is nowhere to be found. After one hour i stand up and talk to another waiter who says they will check. Waiting 20 minutes till without information. Then waiter #2 informs us that the cooks lost our order, now they found it and they are preparing our food. Food came after 1:30 hour!!! The waiter apologised but didn't offer us any compensation, other restaurants would offer desert or drinks after such a delay. At the end we even had to wait 20 minutes for the bill, i stood up snd paid at the cashier.

It's obvious that this restaurant is both understaffed and unorganised. Unfortunately, even if many have similar experiences according to the reviews Brödernas doesn't seem to care, they...
