Cartref Sushi — Restaurant in Stockholm

We had just come from the airport, from 2weeks in 40⁰ Turkey. And on our way home, didn't feel like cooking, so we decided to try Cartrif Sushi..Best sushi choice ever🤗🤗🤗😋😋

There food was fresh produce and the perfect mouth size and the texture of the rice was amazing. I love it that they were playing japanese music🤗. You felt like you are in a sushi restaurant in Japan with the decor.🥳 And the prices are very generous🎊👏🏾

Usually I can’t stand Stockholms “Asian” fusion, as it for the most part ruins original dishes and charges you crazy money. This place is an exception, while still being on fusion side the quality of dishes is way better, fish tastes fresh, none of the sushi has fried onion on them, bibimbap is really close to the original dish (with gochujang sauce, perfectly fried egg, great veggie choice). Hope for more authentic recipes...

Really great service, the place is clean and fresh. The sushi was excellent and even the Miso soup had a better taste than more generic soups I've tasted in other restaurants. They had a stand with tea and ginger cookies which are included as well which was a nice little detail. The food is presented and plated beautifully as well. It seems like they enjoy...
