Cheap! Not in the good way. Bought fika for three people, cakes and drinks. Unfortunately, our daughter dropped a (cheesecake blåbär) cake on the floor. Staff did not want to replace it, not a big drama in itself but what would have it cost? Just that we won t come back and a negative review. Daughter picked it up with the fingers.

A little expensive but go here if you're from around Italy. Most coffees in Sweden are awful elsewhere. Nice sweets!

February 17th - A place to meet up at the mall. However when someone such as a customer asks a question in a soft polite tone regarding their tea, attitude from staff is not optimal or okay. ...so 2 stars it is for poor service skills from staff.

I hope to be back here later on with a better review for this place though as I don't really go to Espresso House as I feel Waynes Coffee is way better coffee, they have Sproud and they have...
