Sushi Kawa Liljeholmen — Restaurant in Stockholm

Very disappointing and tasteless. Third time eating here. Progressively worse each visit. The sushi looks nice but is very boring. The rice is mushy and lacks the proper amount of vinegar. None of the pieces I got had any Wasabi on them. The fish lacks flavour, the seared pieces were not seared nearly enough and the scallop tasted off, as if it had started to go bad. The Miso soup lacked flavour, even with chili in it. Please take your time, consistency is important. Also - who thinks mediterranean basil goes...

One of Stockholms best Sushiplaces in Stockholm. Always delicious, fresh and beautiful. The only minus is that it is in the middle of Liljeholmens galleria in the basement so there is a bit noicy and no sunshine. But I guess this keeps the prizes down and the prizes here is very affoarable. This masterchefs could defently take the double if they world serve in an other enviroment. So take-away is to recomend. Systembolaget is just by so an good idea is to buy some white vine from there and take-away...

Belägen mitt i en galleria / Food Court vilket gör det bullrigt. Finns endast bord med två platser eller plats vid bardisken. Men fräsch känsla.

Nyskapande och positivt är misosoppan, (ingår) de serverar den med koriander och chili. Delikat och fräscht! (Stark)

Upplägget är fint med ärtskott och svarvad rödbeta.

Bitarna är små, håller ihop väl med gott ris med små riskorn. Ingen stark smak av nori. Ok avokado, ok lax. Gott men inte exceptionellt.

Wasabin är vattnig och ljus men med god smak av pepparrot. Soyan är medelmåttig med drag av kinesisk soya. Ingefärnan är krispig, stark och god, ej för söt och i ganska små bitar.

Hallon-, citron- eller gurkvatten serveras, inget te.
