KFC | Bromma Blocks — Restaurant in Stockholm

First time eating at KFC Sweden and first opening in Stockholm-Bromma-Airport Ducks however this is their second opening since the first KFC Store closed in 1986 in central Stockholm. It was crowded for being in the week days (Tuesday) but since this joint has only have had their doors opened for two weeks it's understandable. The environment is brand new but it feels kind of industrial and a bit boring there are very few tables to sit at and lots of space, the atmosphere is your typical fast food chain like McDonald's and Burger King and your service too. KFC's food is deep fried as expected and isn't very crispy as many thought but the meny is various and gives you a variety of options however the missing options was the dip sauce named 2hot4u and where was the mashed potato, gravy, that is served at every KFC in the USA and abroad..?? Swedish KFC is inexpensive you'll pay more on this fast food chain than in any other joint ever. The chicken is juicy, flavorful the texture is good and consistency as well the taste was good in your mouth but you can slightly feel the deep frying oil on the breaded chicken "crisp". Coleslaw is a disaster not creamy just watery and boring, non flavorful. Corn on the cob with butter is awesome, have had better. The garlic mayo tasted only mayo, sad. I will pay KFC another visit, some time soon probably after...

Went there around 9 pm at the evening. The restaurant was neither very busy nor very quiet. The sitting in firat floor was closed however plwnty of sits were available at the ground floor. Restaurant was clean and the guy working in the lobby was very friendly and humble. I ordered my food at the automated machine and chose to be served at the table. However my food never came to my table and after waiting on my food for ages kastly I brought my food myself. Meanwhile the food became cold and tasteless. It was a very bad experience for the whole family. Reported the issye to the authority and waiting for their responce. I would likke to mention another thing. When you chose corns or coleslaw with the menu you are to pay 4 sek extra. It happenned with me twice, when I brought my food, coleslaw was missing. On asking about coleslaw they replied its finished and I can choose fries or corn instead (u get fries with meals free of charge). Calculate this guys, 300 orders × 4 sek = 1200 sek extra for nothing. A tremendous policy for extra fast cash for a branded restaurant indeed. So far I highly do not recommend visiting, it is a waste of time, the opening was unprepared, the chicken was unprepared and so was the staff.

You had years of time to prepare, your store was supposed to be open 2 years ago originally and then it was pushed a year and then another year.

Knowing you are the only KFC that is going to be open in the Capital of Sweden with almost a million people living in Stockholm, knowing the expectations, knowing how fans eagerly ask when it is going to open on your Facebook page where you constantly respond and engage with your future customers, knowing all this and more, despite everything.. You have failed, sure the numbers keep coming in because people are paying, it's new, they are trying it out. But just you wait and see what happens to unprofessionalism.

The only reason why I gave it two stars and not one, is because the chicken had some flavor to it and I was very hungry. But I'm not even going to get into the size of the chicken breast on the burger, almost half its size and among other things not worth...
