NOW Sushi — Restaurant in Stockholm

I ordered the Bimbimbap for lunch and first of all the portion of meat was way to small. When I mentioned it I did get a bigger portion BUT I could hear the distinct “bing” from the microwave. Half way thru the bowl I stated to feel a funny taste in my mouth… the taste was “cellarish” or not so fresh if you’d like. Felt like the vegetables and the kimishi had been stored for way to long. Beställde hem en 15bitars. Såg ut som en sån där som ligger i kylen på ica. När luften rörde sig var det en svag ton av ofräsch fisk. Inbillade jag mig? Riset var gammalt, lite frasigt och smakade suspekt. Musslan, som kan vara lite seg, var en riktig tuggfest och jag spottade ut den. Laxen, var, precis på gränsen till skämd. Testade olika men gav upp och slängde det mesta.
