Went with a friend to have Fika here. Ordered a Hot Chocolate. Unfortunately i didn't mentioned which size i wanted and even the cashier didn't bother to ask. So the cashier charged for the big size by default and there was no changing back to a small size as stated by the cashier. I was bit disappointed as the customer needs was not met. Nonetheless when the hot chocolate was prepared the service personnel (the same cashier) did ask me what kind of hot chocolate i needed. I took a strong (Flavor) & warm (not hot) Hot Chocolate. I have to say hands down it was the best hot chocolate i have had till date. I have tried hot chocolate in different countries BUT this one was pretty special!! I'm very picky about my hot chocolate and the first time I went here I ordered a small hot chocolate because I was told there was no big sizes (even though I saw big cups) I was a bit surprised that the hot chocolate was smaller than I thought but the flavour was amazing and so I went back for a second time a few days later hoping they'd give me a big size this time and they did. It tasted amazing and have a great amount of hot chocolate in it better than any other place I've been to in Stockholm (most make flavourless drinks like expresso house) I'd definitely come back for a big size (small is not worth it). I do wish they made it a little warmer, but it's just warm enough to drink, which is great! The prices aren't too bad either.

I always come here to buy my usual morning coffee and pastries, and they are absolutely perfect! No doubts. But today I was sadly surprised, first of all waiters started to laugh in our face when we asked them to explain some topics in menu ( we don’t speak Swedish) it was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Secondary when they brought us a salad with avocado, mango pieces in salad was frozen and some of them was not fresh. I was extremely disappointed. So good place could be spoiled buy unprofessional luck of attention and simple rudeness.
