Popped into RAI Sushi as we were nearby and I’d seen a few influencers rave about it on social media — but I’ve realised I really need to be a bit more discerning in future. Lesson learned: don’t always trust the hype. The food was alright, to be fair. My husband definitely made the better choice with his chicken skewers and rice. I went for the sushi with Philadelphia cheese, which turned out to be far too creamy — a bit over the top, and more Westernised than I’d expected. I hadn’t imagined they’d pack in quite so much cream cheese, but I was wrong. The atmosphere was pleasant enough, a clean, modern setting that would probably appeal to a younger crowd. Not many people were dining in, though quite a few came to collect takeaway orders. One thing worth noting: the ordering process was a bit confusing. When we arrived, the staff said hello but didn’t explain how things worked. We ended up ordering at the counter, while others sat down and had their orders taken at the table. So service felt a bit inconsistent and unclear. All in all, not really worth going out of your way for, especially if you’ve tried a good number of sushi spots in Stockholm.

What an amazing day experience. I popped in for a late lunch having never seen this restaurant before. It was some of the best sushi I have ever eaten. Was better than places in the more fashionable parts of town. Do not miss this pearl. Seek it out even if it is not central and enjoy some of the best cuisine around, comfortable interior and great atmosphere. I will be back

The place is really nice … try it you won’t be disappointed. The place is recently renovated and the staff is really friendly. We came here with two of my friends 15 minutes before closing (I know we are the bad customers)and they where so welcoming
