Although I rather enjoy Max Burgers, their take away experience is absolutely terrible. On 4 different occasions and with different apps I have ordered from this particular restaurant and every single time there was a major item missing when the order arrived. Every time there was a person who didn’t have their food to eat. Then, even though on the app I would get back the money for the missing item (after long conversations with bots and costumer support), I would have to re-order the item, pay double for delivery and wait another 40 minutes for it to arrive.
