McDonald's — Restaurant in Uppsala kommun

I have ordered food at your restaurant today 19.10.2025 at 19:41:37 for service at table 309, order# 6344 at McD Uppsala Vaksalagatan. I waited almost 20 minutes but I did not get my food. I go to the counter and ask for my food, the guy with the beard and headphone told me we have not had time to bring your food but your food is already here you can take it. I asked whether he is sure that it is not cold, he said, it is warm. I go to my table and start eating but I realize the food ( filet-o-fish + 2 hamburgers) are completely cold. I go back to the counter and say to the same guy, this food is totally cold and I asked for my money back, but they said we can't pay you back and you have to go through the app. Then there was a big problem which ended with police coming. Police forced me to use the app to make it more complicated, a politic which results in many people drop the idea of refund. We are living in a world which everybody cheats. I will never ever use McDonald's on my life anymore, like Amazon and Paypal, all American surprisingly. You must be ashamed to treat a customer who spent at least 2500 kr. pr month in your shop. Wow🐩🐩🐩🐩🐩 this place is so cosy. I'd never heard of this little restaurant before, a friend tells me they have another restaurant in uppsala as well and if my meal was anything to go by I'm sure they will be expanding outside Uppsala soon. The fries were beautifully cooked, just a little soggginess, perfect! The barbecue sauce was sweet and sour and the Big Mac burger had a really tasty sauce. Var inne och köpte en efterlängtad middag jag hade suktat efter hela dagen och till min besvikelse när jag kom hem så märkte jag att det inte var någon torrlök på min Big Mac. Eller jo, det fanns några små bitar torrlök uppe på det översta hb-köttet under locket. Som att dressaren hade glömt lägga lök på varje del där man klickar på såsen och därför lite hafsigt bara slängt det på i efterhand och tänkt att resultatet skulle bli detsamma. Nu blev upplevelsen helt förstörd och den Big Mac jag längtat efter hela dagen en stor besvikelse. Så dåligt :(

Min dubbel cheese var exakt samma problem! Ingen lök alls på den plats där det ska vara utan den som har dressat ignorerade löken efter senapen och ketchupen, hade på gurka och cheddar, kött, cheddar och sen innan hälen lagts på har man strött ut lite lök på köttet? Förstår inte att det ska vara så svårt. Anledningen till att jag älskar big mac och cheese burgare är mycket tack vare löken, den skapar det där härliga crunchet tillsammans med gurkan i varje tugga. Hade det inte varit en extra kostnad är jag en person som lätt hade beställt extra lök, och nu fick jag nästan inget för mängden är för lite och den är dessutom på helt fel ställe. Så sjukt...
