Ordered Bibimbap and Mirai rolls (they had interesting rolls that were fried all the way, looked interesting)

So, the first impression was really good, the place looks gorgeous and the staff looks friendly. We got sat, we decided what to order, but the waiter never came back to us, so I needed to come to the counter and ask.

Miso soup was very tasty. And they had sparkling water which is a very good thing.

Buut then the food, the rolls I got tasted like nothing, super blant, there was spicy sauce on top of it and that's all the taste, once you got past it the sushi themselves had 0 flavour. And bibimbap... honestly, I have never left without finishing my bibimbap, until now... It was rather bad. the best part was kimchi, but in general I'm indifferent with it. The rest of the vegetables were bitter. The meat tasted more like a charcoal and mixed with sauce. I couldn't...

Happy to see there is a Ramen restaurant in Uppsala. Tried it for the first time. Take away. Ordered Spicy miso ramen, Bento låda, Gyoza & Gomawakame. We have had better at our favourite restaurant, Wokyo but this is still as good as it gets here in Uppsala. Will try another ramen dish next time.

Update: 19/11/21 Tried another ramen, it was good. Sushi was ok, too soft rice. Very disappointed with the staff who told me to sit and wait for the order (take home order) at the bar. When 2 more customers came, he rudely told me to move to the other place saying they would sit and eat there (while it was still enough seat for me to remain in that seat). I told him later that he was not polite but that escalated even more. Very upset and didn’t feel welcome there. DO NOT WANT to go back there! Not enough with good food but bad gesture...
