Our dining experience at Bohrerhof Alschwil in Switzerland was nothing short of spectacular. During our month-long stay in Switzerland, we had the opportunity to sample various dishes, but the best Wurst Käse Salat we had was at Bohrerhof Alschwil.

On my arrival at Burger's Bohrerhof on a cold winter’s evening in Allschwil, a canton of Basel, the welcome could not have been warmer! And I very quickly learned why Burger's Bohrerhof has earned the reputation and ratings that it has, and why it is full every night. From the very first mouthful of the well-curated tasting menu, I knew that I was in good hands. What really stood out, however, was the care that the husband and wife owners, Katia (front-of-house) and Markus (chef), put into every aspect of the dining experience, with dishes that showcase the freshest local ingredients and friendly, relaxed service that makes you feel like you’re spending the evening with family ... who just happen to be exceptional cooks and natural hosts!

At the end of the meal, Katia invited me to visit the kitchen and speak with Markus – I was glad to have had the opportunity to thank him in person for such a wonderful, unforgettable meal. As we bid each other adieu, I promised them both that I would be back … perhaps in the summer next time when the outdoor dining area is open. However, I know that a meal at Burger's Bohrerhof is always an experience to savour and enjoy, at any time...

Ob im Herbst oder Winter, im Frühling oder gerade jetzt, im Sommer, im wunderschönen, gemüthlichen Gartenrestaurant mit schönen Kastanienbäumen, der Bohrerhof ist zu jeder Jahreszeit Perfekt!! Der Empfang von der tollen Chefin und dem immer fröhlichen Team ist einfach Unbezahlbar.. Freundlich wird man an den schön eingedeckten Tisch gebracht.. Das freundliche Hallo kommt von Herzen.. Sie freuen sich über den Besuch.. Bevor ich es Vergesse.. Bitte Reservieren, den der Bohrerhof ist immer sehr gut Gebucht.. Die Kochkünste vom Chef und seinen kompetenten Mitarbeiterinen sieht man auf den sehr schön angerichteten Tellern.. Ob Tartar, Salate in Variationenen oder auch eine feine Morchelsuppe.. Die Fischknusperli ein Traum.. Der Teig umhüllt saftiges Fischfilet.. Serviert nit Tartarsauce.. S git nüt Bessers zum Apero.. Das Fleisch von bester Qualität, die Beilagen sind mehr als Beilagen.. Geniessen sie knusprige Rösti, Gemüse frisch vom Garten oder auch Nudeln, Reis oder die geliebten Pommes Frites.. Hier sind sie noch richtig Knusprig!! Ob Morchelsteak mit vielen ganzen Morcheln, für mich die weltbesten Kalbsleberli, Cordon bleu, Lammfilet rosa, saftig Gebraten.. Rinderfilet Roatbeefteller super Rosa oder Wurstkäsesalat.. Freunde die Auswahl ist Gross und täglich Top Frisch!! Die Aperovariationen wie Cüpli, Gin Rose oder Aperol Spritz, serviert mit grösster Freundlichkeit, schmecken erfrischend Gut.. Die Weine aus Muttenz, Umgebung oder auch von anderen Ländern der Welt Toll.. Wir lieben den Bohrerhof.. Weil es wie Familie ist, dort Gast zu sein.. Portionen Super.. Bringen sie Hunger mit.. Sie werden Begeistert sein... Am Mittag feine Tagesmenü.. Mit hausgemachter Suppe und Salat.. Den Preis verrate ich nicht...Er ist seit Jahren gleich.. Wenn es am Schluss noch Platz gibt, die Desserts sind ein süsser Abschlusstraum.. WOW!! S beschte Caramelköpfli wie bi dr Grossmuetter.. Herrlich.. Der Bohrerhof ist in freundlichkeit und super Essen Unerreicht. Da wo man sich Daheim fühlt.. Seit Jahren beste Leistung.. Die Familie Burger mit Team..
