Restaurant Chez Ida — Restaurant in Anniviers

We have been coming here since the beggening. Fantastic the first few years but now it is bad. Every year we gave them another chance to improve, as we understand changing staff on a yearly basis can be challenging, unfortunately no improvement at all. Unprepared and cold dishes despite plate being very hot. It is obvious everything is prepared in advance and reheated in a rush. Foie gras is the smallest we have ever been served in a restaurant. They even forgot to bring the vine bottle after ordering it twice. Last year they simply forgot our starters ! This was definitely the last time we gave them a chance, we will not return....

Wir waren gestern in Restaurant "chez Ida" und hatten ein 3-Gang-Menü im vornherein bestellt. Die Vorspeise und der Hauptgang waren sehr schwach gesalzen und geschmacklich enttäuschend. Der Hauptgang bestand aus 3 Lammkoteletts und 2 Shitake Pilzen und einem kleinen Bohnenboquet. Die Stärkebeilage hat gefehlt daher mussten wir noch zusätzlich eine Portion Frites bestellen. Zum Dessert gab es ein Tarte Tatin. Unserer Meinung nach war dieses Dessert weit entfert von einem Tarte Tatin. Fazit: Kein gelungenes...

Correct, mais sans plus, le service est lent, la nourriture est bonne, mais pas au niveau de la prétention du personnel. Nous avions entre autres commandés des médaillons de chevreuil cuits bleus, ils nous ont été servis presque à point, la réponse de la sommelière,on ne rouspète pas dans ce genre d'établissement. De plus , au moment de régler la facture( presque 900 francs pour 6 personnes) une bouteille de vin à 79 francs , nous a été facturée en trop, réponse l'erreur est...
