St-Luc Chandolin — Local services in Anniviers

Lack of co-ordination with the arrival of the Car-Postal bus from Vissoie: bus arrives in St Luc 10.58; it takes 10 minutes for hikers (there were about 10 people doing this) to get to the Funicular (walking quickly); the Funiculaire leaves at 11.00. We then have to wait for the NEXT ascent at 12.00. The operator responds to the complaint with some excuse about "what if the bus is delayed?". Contradicting this, the descent is 10 minutes late going down so we miss the bus from St Luc to Vissoie. The ski station is very pleasant but the staff during closing hours can be quite rude. As demanded by the pisteur me and my friends started to go down, but as a beginner I decided to go slowly which apparently irritated the staff who kept pushing me and coming very close to me in the slope to rush me in a level that made me feel in danger. I understand everyone wants to finish work and go home, but your job is to keep people safe, and putting pressure on a beginner is not the way.
