If you pass this town on your journey you NEED to stop here. The interior of the cafe is charming and welcoming; the workers are polite and know English. We had a few treats that ranged from lemon shortbread, to peppered chocolate and they were all divine! The espresso is delicious, and the cappuccinos were made perfectly. Such a lovely place, with great customer service and heavenly tasty pastry. We had "croissant aux amandes" and "tarte aux myrtilles". We also bought the jam from there "myrtilles confiture". The best!!! Literaly. It won the best pastry shop in Switzerland...

Nous sommes arrivés par hasard à la Boulangerie-Pâtisserie Salamin après une journée passée sur les pistes. On avait à cœur de se requinquer avant de reprendre la route. J'ai poussé la porte et "Waouh" : quelle ne fut pas ma surprise d'arriver dans cette décoration si bien pensée et agencée, j'avais l'impression de me retrouver chez ma grand-maman. Le petit coin salon du fond était si confortable que j'ai hésité un moment avant de le quitter. Mais la décoration et le confort n'étaient qu'une premier partie de la bonne surprise, la deuxième est venue des produits proposés. Les couronnes des rois avec et sans raisins étaient excellentes, les tartes aussi. Les boissons, du vin chaud au chocolat chaud maison nous ont tous ravis.
