I took a quick lunch break in this rather sophisticated eatery located in what looks like a private home from the early 1990-ies. Decoration is typically Pfister-Swiss. You are cordially received and service is kind and efficient. Since the restaurant boasts being a fish eatery I selected pike-pearch that was caught in the nearby Lake Murten. It was wild, perfectly cooked, well seasoned and accompanied by a really good white Viognier from a winery in Payerne (surprise, suprise). Great food and lovely service

We had the big menu with three starters, which were all very good and creative (the last one with scallops was slightly too salty for my taste). The meat was really good, even the one in the kid's dish (35€). The dessert was lovely.

We travel so far just to taste this world class foie gras. Simple but unforgettable taste. Chefs are professional and the service team is very caring and friendly. We love every moment spent here. Will for sure come back again soon. Worth our 3 hour ride...
