Customer service is terrible. When we went, served us the wrong things which I let go because I did not want to cause problems. When she gave us the wrong drinks, I politely told the waitress “I’m so sorry but we ordered still water.” She rolled her eyes at me. Again, i decided to let it go because I did not want to cause a scene. After paying, the waitress was reluctant to give me a receipt with a break down of each thing I ordered. I then looked at the receipt and realised she charged us for the wrong order. I went back and she was passive aggressive when I asked her to give me the correct receipt and refund me the extra money that I payed. She gave me the wrong amount back but I decided it was only 3chf and I had only noticed when I left so i was angry but that she tried to steal from me twice. My friend left a one star review - and the owner replied telling us to come back as well as harassing another girl telling her to get us to come back. When I went back the staff were again rude and unprofessional. He gave me the 3chf and told me to get out. The waitress as well as the other member of staff laughed in my face. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone who does not want to...

This is one the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Staff rude and not interested in serving us. We were served by 3 different people and only one smile between them! The one who took our order even sat down at our table while taking it. Poor attitude by owner when we gave verbal feedback at the end. He simply shrugged his shoulders. We spent over 339 francs for 7 adults and 4 small children. We had to find staff for further drinks and desserts as we were largely ignored. This restaurant benefits from a great location and is next to the spa. Without that they would not survive. My advice… go elsewhere there are plenty of other really friendly bars and restaurants in anzere who would appreciate...

situation (terrasse avec vue sur les alpes) , repas le service (personnel vraiment pas sympathique). Nous avons fait l'après ski sur cette terrasse. Nous nous installons à une table qui venait de se libérer et le serveur nous demande d'aller à 2 autres tables moins bien situées afin d'éviter de devoir débarasser la table que nous avons choisi sans même nous saluer. Au moment de payer, nous nous rendons au bar comme on nous l'avait demandé. Le serveur nous demande d'abord sur un ton un peu moqueur si nous n'avons pas trop chaud et pourquoi on portait des veste aussi grande, référence à notre equipement de ski. Puis nous demande ce qu'on veut.... "payer nos consommations" . Il nous demande où nous étions assis..."en terrasse à telle table". Il nous répond alors avec un air antipathique que tout le monde est en terrasse. Finalement, nous devons lui refaire la liste de nos consommations. Il nous tend la quittance, prends la machine à carte et nous gratifie d'un "combien ?" Nous devons alors lui lire le montant qu'il vient de typer pour que monsieur l'inscrive sur la machine. Finalement, nous le saluons et n'avons aucune...
