Reading the reviews, I was excited to visit this place and give it a try- my first meal in Swiss was to be here, however the restaurant’s understaffed and run by sharp, unfriendly people which really threw me off.
Saying hello and goodbye doesn’t make a polite person but rather trying to understand your customers, explaining things politely, especially when you know they’re not from your country, and avoiding passing sarcastic, hurtful comments are what constitute for friendliness and hospitality- both aspects of being in the F&B industry which I feel this restaurant severely lacks. Customers aren’t eating for free after all, we’re paying as we must and part of what we pay for is the intangible.
