Wieder einmal mehr konnten wir einen schönen Abend im Restaurant Bahnhof verbringen . Angefangen mit dem Gruss aus der Küche, aus- geschmückt mit einer Margerite, die mich anstrahlte. Danach genoss ich eine Spargelcremesuppe, die ein top Aroma auf meiner Zunge hinterliess.Dazu die feinen "Danke-Brötli", für mich immer eine große Freude. - Folgend die Hauptspeise, Kalbssteak, das super gebraten war, saftig, zart und rosa, mit einer feinen Morchelrahmsauce übergossen, dazu all dente gekochte Nüdeli, begleitet von einem farbenfrohen Gemüsebouquet, fantasievoll inszeniert, bestehend aus Spargel, Rüebli, Rahmspinat, Kohlrabi, Fenchel, Zuccheti, und Broccoli, jedes Gemüse überzeugte mit seinem sehr feinen Eigengeschmack.
