The food is absolutely fantastic and the atmosphere was great as well (very nice decorations). We try to go 1-2 a year and then really enjoy it (despite the hefty price). This time, the service was very disappointing though. We have a pretty good idea of how much we usually eat, but when we ordered (we where 3 adults!) the young waitress looked at us in shock and said that this was way too much when we said 14 pieces (see photo), and if we didn't mean 4. No, we are 3 people... She kept arguing and so we thought, well we can order more later if needed, so dropped 1-2 things because of this rude waitress (she made us feel very bad). When the food came (see photo), it was really not much for 3 people at all, yet the server who brought it said in a snarky tone "dir heit e CHLEI Sushi bschteut, gaued" (you ordered a "tiny" amount of sushi) and indicated that this was a crazy amount. Seriously? In addition, 2 orders were missing, but since they didn't check with us (they are supposed to ask), I asked the waiter for the list when we paid to ensure we didn't pay for orders that we never got. Instead of just checking, the waiter right away said "oh well, anyone can claim they did not get something and cheat that way" when we took a photo right away. Also, nothing was "missing"; but they simply did not write down 2 additional items we had told them. We actually left hungry and my mom hat to get some more food somewhere else. We were looking the menu outside the restaurant and a waiter told us we have to order within the next 4 minutes because the kitchen was about to close. Another waiter came 1 minute later and told us we have to order within the next 2 minutes. We were still not placed at a table at this point. They charged us 10.- for a pitcher of water, we saw it randomly using the QR code on their table which leads to the bill, before they served it (they expected us to drink it so we couldn't cancel) so we had to tell them that wasn't okay. They were very upset and bored that we were not okay with that. They then told us coldly that if we wanted water we had to go serve it ourselves. I asked for my meal to be non-spicy but they did not listen. They made us pay for our food while we were still eating. That's unacceptable. Then later on, I handled the waitress the money and they told us "the restaurant is cashless and we should have known about it because the other waiter told us", which wasn't true.
I think this was my worst ever experience in a restaurant and I won't recommend it. The staff was terrible, arrogant...

One thing I do like is that you can order through the app and just pick it up in person—super convenient in theory. But in practice, when I arrive to get my food, I often end up waiting several minutes before anyone even acknowledges me.
The kitchen staff clearly sees me standing there, but no one says anything or alerts the front staff. This isn’t just a one-time thing—it’s happened multiple times, so it doesn’t seem to be a case of being understaffed or someone having an off day.
