Außergewöhnlich gut! Wir waren heute auf Besuch in Bern und haben uns einen Gutschein auf DeinDeal.ch für das Restaurant Tscharnergut gekauft. Die Suche nach dem Restaurant als Ortsfremde war nicht ganz einfach, aber schliesslich fanden wir den Weg auf den Parkplatz für Restaurantgäste. Im Restaurant angekommen hat man uns sehr aufmerksam und freundlich empfangen. Die Vorspeise, Rindstatar, war sehr schmackhaft und frisch, wurde mit Butter und frischem Toastbrot serviert und war sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Es folgte der Hauptgang, Wiener Schnitzel mit Pommes und Gemüse. Das Essen kam heiss an den Tisch, die Schnitzel wurden nicht einfach in die Fritteuse geschmissen sondern offensichtlich in der Pfanne zubereitet, die Pommes waren heisst, in frischem Öl frittiert, aussen knusprig und innen weich, so soll es sein. Das Gemüse war eine Kombi aus frischem Blattspinat und TK Gemüse, was in Ordnung ist. Garniert mit Mandelplättchen war das gut. Alternativ wäre es vielleicht passender, hier entweder Grillgemüse der Saison anzubieten oder einfach einen Blattsalat. Das ist aber Geschmackssache und nur als Anregung und nicht als Kritik zu verstehen. Als Dessert konnten wir wählen aus verschiedenen Sorten hausgemachtem Glacé. Wir entschieden uns für Parfait Vieille Prun und Parfait Vieille Pommes. Beide waren sehr fein und lecker, aber vor allem das Parfait Vieille Prun war geschmacklich ein wirklich aussergewöhnlich gutes Dessert. Die Preise im Tscharnergut sind absolut fair und gerechtfertigt. Zu erwähnen ist noch der aussergewöhnlich freundliche und speditive Service. Wir wurden jederzeit sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich bedient, es wurde bei jedem Gang nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wirklich schade, dass das Tscharnergut so weit für uns entfernt ist, denn dort würden wir sehr gerne nochmals einkehren.
