Ristorante Pizzeria Calabrisella — Restaurant in Bern

Cute little neighborhood Italian place that completely unwhelmed. I got the Quattro Stagioni pizza and it looked amazing when delivered. You'd think a pizza with Parma ham, olives, artichokes and formagi would be bursting with taste - but it was surprisingly bland and lacking in flavor. And the crust was more like cardboard than freshly tossed and oven fired.

Perhaps it was just an off day for the pizza cook. But then again maybe there is a reason this place has 4 stars on Google... and the Italian place a few blocks down I ate at the other night that was damn...

The staff is very friendly and they speak multiple languages so everyone can communicate with them. The pizza is fine too and quite big. However, the desserts are not so good. I tried the panna conacotta and it was more like a jelly (a little hard/chewy and not creamy). Anyway it is...

Hübsches Restaurant im normalen Rahmen Sehr aufmerksamer Kellner, welcher gewartet hat bis Alle zu ende gegessen haben, bevor er den Tisch abräumte... Einziger Schönheitsfehler: Unsere kleine Gruppe von 9Personen könne er nicht einzeln abrechnen, wir sollen die Rechnung durch 9 Personen teilen, er habe keine Zeit für solche Dinge..... Deshalb meine Bewertung...... Mit Allen darüber gesprochenen Personen sagen Alle ein absolutes no go....... So viel Zeit um 4 Paare und eine einzelne Person abzurechnen ist keine Zumutung und diejenigen den Wein mit bezahlen zu lassen welche keinen...
