Extremely rude! I cannot believe how rude they were, one lady in particular When I asked for butter she huffed at the inconvenience and brought it after we had finished the breakfast, without a knife, when I asked for a knife she rolled her eyes, huffed and made a comment to another customer and they had a little giggle about it. I was unaware that I was supposed to spread it with my hands on the remaining bread. Even making the order met with perplexed looks and a derogatory demeanour as if I was causing her a great inconvenience by asking her to perform her job. The food really was not anything to write home...

Nice atmosphere and cozy place but extremely rude people. We were suprised by the attitude of the lady at the bakery area. She gave a dirty fork and when i asked to change it she was pissed off. The cake we had was stale and dated. It is very hard and solid,, and when we asked whether it s normal,, she , with an attitude again, said yeah normal it is in the fridge. It tasted disgusting, she was extremely rude and unprofessional, unhospitable. We will never ever go...

Best bread in town. Sadly, service is not only bad, it's really frustrating. I live in Biel and i still go regularly, because the croissants are that good and the ambiente is nice, but service is unfriendly and takes forever to serve.
