Als leidenschaftlicher Weltenbummler und Feinschmecker habe ich schon die entlegensten Ecken dieser Erde erkundet und dabei unzählige kulinarische Genüsse erlebt. Doch selbst nach meinen zahlreichen gastronomischen Abenteuern hat mich nichts so sehr beeindruckt wie das unvergleichliche Erlebnis im LOUS SUSHI. Von aussen wirkt das Restaurant bescheiden, doch sobald man die Schwelle überschreitet, wird man in eine Welt der kulinarischen Exzellenz katapultiert. Das Ambiente ist schlicht und dennoch elegant, wodurch der Fokus ganz auf dem Essen liegt – und was für ein Essen das ist!

Das Sushi im LOUS SUSHI ist zweifellos das Beste, das ich jemals probiert habe. Jeder Bissen ist eine Offenbarung, eine Explosion von Aromen, die meine Geschmacksknospen zum Tanzen bringen. Die Zutaten sind von höchster Qualität, frisch und delikat zubereitet. Die Meisterhand hinter den Sushi-Kreationen versteht es meisterhaft, Tradition und Innovation zu vereinen, um ein unvergessliches Geschmackserlebnis zu kreieren. Doch das ist nicht alles – die Croquetas, die in diesem Restaurant serviert werden, verdienen ebenso Lobeshymnen. Zart schmelzend und perfekt gewürzt, sind sie ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus. We randomly happened upon this Spanish-Japanese fusion spot on a day trip to Bienne and have never tried anything quite like it before (and we’ve traveled to over 40 countries!)! The owners were incredibly warm and hospitable and even made some special accommodations for our 4 year old. From the moment you step into the restaurant they are so welcoming!! Between some broken Spanish, French, German and English, we figured out how to communicate and we all had a great time. You can feel their passion in the food they serve....
