Very nice service. Food was great until I found in my dish an insect. I was complaining, the waiter didn’t understand my problem. He was so 'kind' to even took my knife and removed the insect from my food, saying that it can happen from time to time and I can continue my meal. Finally, he brought me a new portion as well as burned rice explaining that it was not an insect = food was burned. Does it mean that they serve also burned rice? I went spontaneously today because the restaurant is exactly next to my apartment. BEST customer experience i had in a while and i have been too A LOT restaurants. The person at the entrance was very kind and offered me to sit to take the order. The restaurant looks beautiful but i preferred today to eat inside. I even received a Pepsi and a desert as a gift. Leider nicht gut, früher mal TOP und heute FLOP. Dieser Chinese war bekannt und war wohl einer der ersten hier in Biel, dieses Restaurant war stehts eine bekannte Anlaufstelle für Chinesisches Stilvolles essen. Wenn man sitzt kommt ein Kellner und besprüht ohne zu fragen und Vorwarnung die Hände mit Desinfektionsmittel, was sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Das essen war eine Katastrophe. Wir hatten Gebratene Nudeln mit Gemüse & Poulet ( Fleisch war labbrig und nicht gut, die Nudeln sind in Soya Sauce geschwommen und geschmacklich auch nicht zufriedenstellend) Wir haben nachgefragt ob es möglich sei alles nochmals scharf anzubraten in der Hoffnung das es nicht mehr Labbrig ist und dies Nudeln an Flüssigkeit verlieren, nach dem Kopfschütteln wurde das Teller mitgenommen stand jedoch nach 2 Minuten wieder auf dem Tisch (auf einem anderen Teller) Gebratener Reis mit Rind Szechuan (Fleisch dünne war Knorpelig, was für schlechte Fleisch Qualität spricht) und noch Kantonesischer Reis mit Rind Süss Sauer (Auch hier war das Fleisch ungeniessbar).
