Le Petit Saigon — Restaurant in Biel/Bienne

I thought we gonna have a romantic valentine day dinner at such cozy and pretty place but it turns out to be most disaster night i ever had in my life. I can’t communicate with service guy as he speak only french in Biel city? are you serious? no english neither deutch? We took Hot pot menu for two peoples and that electric table wasn’t working plus they don’t even care to have a look at it. The Bak choy 🥬 was filled with sands and didn’t even wash it before they serve us. Finally the desert was cute and we thought okay let’s just eat and leave but then they handed us the wrong bill. Instead of 180 franken they have given us 280 franken. There is no way that the Service will do such mistake when there is very few table on that friday night. They actually ruin my whole evening....

So I need to review the restaurant again. The first time there with friends was good. The second time we ordered takeaway and I was disappointed. We ordered Banh xeo with chicken but when home my wife checked inside of it and it had shrimps!!! Luckily we are not allergic. The order was not ready when I arrived. They allow drunk people to enter the restaurant and serve them more alcohol. I experienced it because as I needed to wait for my food the guy just talked to me about the world. Si j'avais la possibilité de mettre 0, je le ferais, mais heureusement ce n'est pas possible. Ma fille et moi, tout excitées après avoir entendu de bons avis, avons décidé de commander dans cet établissement. Nous avons dépensé 75 CHF pour un repas qui a pris 1h45 à être livré. Après avoir contacté l'établissement, la gérante nous a promis de nous rappeler, mais nos appels ultérieurs sont restés sans réponse. La nourriture était froide, les plats ne ressemblaient en rien à ce que nous avions commandé, et, pour couronner le tout, un caillou s'est invité dans l'un des rouleaux de printemps.

Quand ma fille s'est rendue sur place pour le remboursement promis par la gérante via eat.ch, deux semaines plus tard, rien n'avait été fait. Pire, la gérante a refusé de rembourser, prétendant faussement que nous avions tout consommé. Elle a même appelé la police au lieu de régler le remboursement de 50 CHF...

Je déconseille vivement cet établissement, que ce soit pour la déception concernant la nourriture ou le médiocre...
