Sushi Tempel — Restaurant in Biel/Bienne

This was the worst order I've ever made. The driver claimed he'd arrived our house with the order. We left. We walked around the building for 10 minutes because the driver kept explaining he was there. When I asked him to drive to the Petinesca restaurant, which is literally 50 meters from our building, he said it was an eight-minute drive. He kept insisting he was in Studen, right next to our building. Finally, after waiting for over 15 minutes outside, we received completely cold, disgusting food. I don't recommend it! I should never have paid over 100 chf for such service and cold food!

P.S. Allow me to respond to your response here. The order, after adding the delivery driver's tip and service costs, totaled 104 CHF. Please don't infer that I'm lying in my review! The mere fact that the driver received a tip demonstrates that we treated him with respect. Secondly, another order was delivered 10 minutes before yours—also with the app—without the problem! Just like any other order. Your delivery driver didn't even arrive in our town (it was probably a nearby village), and you still insist, so saying I entered the wrong information in the app demonstrates another complete lack of professionalism. Finally, have you ever tried cold, steamy gyoza dumplings or tempura shrimp? Maybe we have different aesthetics in gastronomy, but this was inedible and ended up in the trash. I can understand everything, we even sent a pin to the driver so that he could get to us, but I cannot accept this kind of treatment...
