Restaurant Vibes — Restaurant in Buchs (SG)

I don’t know how this place has good reviews when I heard from a former employee how unhygienic they handle themselves and the food in the kitchen. I myself also visited for an apprenticeship, and they had no idea what to do and just let me wander around to do nothing. They just expected me to just start working when they didn’t explain how their restaurant operates. Apart from that the boss doesn’t even care about his new employees and didn’t bother for an introduction or anything and straight up told a newbie to take care of me, how unprofessional to the point they forgot to reach me later.

Ich hatte eine Dürüm ohne scharfe Sauce bestellt. Leider hat der Mann, der mich bediente (kleine Statur, schwarze Haare, sprach Hochdeutsch), aus Versehen doch scharfe Sauce darauf gemacht. Als er seinen Fehler bemerkte, nahm er einfach den bereits mit Sauce bedeckten Teil des Dönerfleisches mit blosser Hand und warf ihn weg - das war ziemlich eklig. Zudem machte er keinerlei Anstalten, den gerade weggeworfenen Teil des Dönerfleisches zu ersetzen. Offenbar fühlte er sich unbeobachtet. Als ich ihn höflich bat, den fehlenden Teil des Fleisches zu ersetzen, schien er sich ertappt zu fühlen und tat dies nur widerwillig. Nicht einmal in die Augen schaute er mir dabei. Zusätzlich nahm er sich nicht einmal die Mühe, das Fleisch erneut zu braten, sodass es eine gummiartige Konsistenz behielt. Zu Hause merkte ich dann auch noch, dass er vergessen hatte, erneut Sauce auf das Fleisch zu tun. Neben dem schlechten Kundenservice konnte ich nun auch noch mein Essen nicht geniessen.

Dies war bedauerlicherweise kein Einzelfall. In letzter Zeit haben sich vermehrt Situationen mit unzureichendem Kundenservice und minderwertiger Essensqualität ereignet. Daher habe ich beschlossen, Vibes-Restaurants künftig zu meiden. Ihr habt definitiv einen langfristigen Kunden in...

I went there to dine in but the heating was too high I was about to suffocate and I took my food out! The service is fast, staff were friendly, the food is good and they open a bit more late than all restaurants which makes it a nice option for night cravings !
